If, after you place your order, you want to change or cancel it, please call us as soon as possible on +971 56 3971433 during our regular working hours (Sunday to Thursday, 10:00am-08:00pm GMT+4) or send our Customer Care team an email to firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number and request for a cancellation.
Please note that if your order has already been processed and shipped, and you want to cancel or change it, you will need to receive the Item first and then ship it back to us..
For any customized item that we are doing there is no return, cancelation or replacement once the design is approved by you and we start working on your item. You can visit the link to view our cancelation policy and changing of your order.

If you are inside U.A.E our Customer Care team will arrange for a collection of the clothing at a time that is convenient for you but shipping charges will be applied.
If you are an international customer then you will have to use a shipping company of your choice and send it back to us, shipping charges will be under your responsibility. The clothing must come back to us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order to be able to process any return.

You can choose any design (be it a picture, portrait, painting, jewellery embellishment) you have in mind and we will do it for you on your cloths. For the moment we work mostly on denim or hard surface material, contact us or send us your request at firstname.lastname@example.org and will try our best to accommodate your inquiry.

For orders inside U.A.E we accept cash on delivery or bank account transfer before shipping the order.
For international orders, we can only accept bank transfer before shipping the order.
